1. Free Trial & Evaluation

We encourage all users to take full advantage of our 7-day free trial (if applicable) to:

  • Explore the app

  • Watch video lectures

  • Review the study materials

This allows you to make an informed decision before purchasing any paid plan.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Account Settings or by contacting our Support Team.

  • If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged further.

  • Cancellations made during the free trial period will ensure no charges are applied to your account.


3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The purchase is a first-time payment for a paid plan.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date.

  • No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

Note:
Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewals

  • Partial usage

  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include the following details:

    • Registered email ID

    • Payment details

    • Reason for your refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Completed within 7–10 business days
